How will I be billed?  

You will be charged for your first box right away.  After that, you will be billed around the 11th of each month.

  

Where do you ship?

At this time, we ship within the U.S. 


When will I receive my first box?

Your first box will ship within 7 days of your payment being received.  Thereafter, if you are a three-month subscriber, your box will ship on or around the 5th of the month; if you are a month-to-month subscriber, your box will ship between the 15th and 20th of the month.   


Can I pause, skip or cancel my subscription? 

Absolutely.  Life happens.  You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time.  Simply log into your account or send us an email at stenographebox@gmail.com.  If your payment has already been processed for the next shipment, the pause, skip or cancellation will take effect with the following box.  Please be aware that cancellations or pause requests must be received before your billing date (on or around the 11th of the month) or you will be charged for the renewal.    


Can I change my subscription?   

Of course!  If you decide to go from a three-month subscription to a month-to-month subscription (or vice versa), no problem at all.  Email us at stenographebox@gmail.com at least one week prior to your renewal/billing date.


I don't like an item in the box.  Can I replace it with something else?

Our boxes are curated ahead of time and we are unable to replace the item with something else.   If you see a spoiler you don't like on social media, you can always skip your next box renewal. An item you don't love could also make a wonderful gift! If you have further questions, please contact us at stenographebox@gmail.com. 


What happens if you sell out?

It happens and we know it can be frustrating.  Please send us an email (stenographebox@gmail.com) if you attempt to purchase a box and receive a message that we are sold out.  We can then put you on the wait list for the next month's box.


Can I purchase a box as a gift?

Yes!  Our boxes make wonderful gifts!  There is an option at checkout to indicate if your order is a gift.  Let us know if you would like a special personalized message included.  Gift subscriptions do not renew.
